Our mobile series lift is designed to enable our customers to utilize the maximum amount of space in their service bays because of its portability and also offers the potential of having multiple vehicles raised at the same time (with use of jack stands). Our lifts are controlled with either PLC or our new PC board controls which ensures that the lifting columns raise and lower at precisely the same pace. PKS’s lifts are equipped with many safety features to ensure a top level of safety while the lift is in operation, for example;
Positively engaged column locks while lift is not in operation. Dead-man type operation Hydraulic velocity fuses in each cylinder port Dual valve PLC activated speed controls Timing chain tension protector springs Pulse monitoring timing mechanisms on each column measuring the carriage location at any time during lifting 24V DC controls for worry free operation
Each column is fitted with adjustable forks that accommodate various tire diameters. Our carriages roll up on steel roller bearings within 7/8" fork lift mast channels or if required, UHMW plastic bearing shoes in welded tubes. In addition, there are no installation costs involved. All you have to do is just plug it in to a power supply and lift.

PKMC12 12,000 lbs per Column (24,000lbs Capacity up to 144,000 lbs Capacity) This lift is our lighter duty model of our mobile lift line mainly used for common utility trucks to light busses. Lifting height is 67" in 66 seconds Adjustable forks accommodate tire diameters ranging from 22” to 46” Available in PLC or PC board with optional pendant control for remote operation from up to 25' away from the unit 3200 psi operating pressure Available in a 240, 480, or 575 Volt power supply 24V DC Battery operated style.


PKMC18 18,000 lbs per Column (36,000lbs Capacity up to 216,000 lbs Capacity) This is currently our most popular mobile lift which has the following features: Lifting height is 67" in 66 seconds Adjustable forks accommodate tire diameters ranging from 24” to 48”. Available in PLC or PC board controls with optional pendant control for remote operation up to 25' away. 3200 psi operating pressure Available in a 240, 480, or 575 Volt power supply 24V DC Battery operated style.


PKMC18 (24V DC) Battery Powered 18,000 lbs per Column (36,000lbs Capacity up to 216,000 lbs Capacity) This is currently our most popular mobile lift which has the following features: Lifting height is 67" in 66 seconds Adjustable forks accommodate tire diameters ranging from 24” to 48”. PC board controls with optional pendant remote control operation from up to 25' away from the unit. 3200 psi operating pressure Available in a 240, 480, or 575 Volt power supply 24V DC Battery operated style.


PKMC24 24,000 lbs per Column (48,000lbs Capacity up to 288,000 lbs Capacity) Lifting speed is 69" in 68 seconds Adjustable lifting forks accommodate tire diameters ranging from 26” to 48”. Column legs are extendable to accommodate double wide tires for Dooley type trucks.
